Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Information, blocking, deletion, and rectification

You have the right to information free of charge regarding the personal data stored about you, its origin and recipients, the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data at any time in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Order processing

We have concluded a contract with Google for the processing of orders and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities for the use of Google Analytics.

Demographics in Google Analytics

This website uses the function "Demographics" in Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain information on age, gender and interests of the site visitors. This data comes from interest-related advertising by Google and from visitor data from third party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can disable this feature at any time via the ad settings in your Google Account or generally prohibit Google Analytics from collecting your data as described in the section "Objection to data collection".

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).

As part of Google AdWords, we use so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is set. Cookies are small text files that the internet browser stores on the user's computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and this website can tell that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page provided with a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not obtain any information that personally identifies users. If you wish to opt out of tracking, you can do so easily by disabling the Google conversion tracking cookie in your Internet browser user settings. You will then not be included in conversion tracking statistics.

The storage of conversion cookies and the use of this tracking tool are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising.

For more information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking, see the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the placing of cookies and only allow cookies on a case-by-case basis, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain purposes or in general, and enable the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. If cookies are disabled, the functionality of this website may be limited.

6. Plugins and tools

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

eCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data input on our website (such as on a contact form) has been made by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor on the basis of various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses take place completely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that an analysis is taking place.

Data processing is based of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his website from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.

For more information about Google reCAPTCHA and Google's privacy policy, please see the links below: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.

Job applications

You are welcome to send us your application (e.g. by e-mail, post or online application form). In the following, we inform you about the scope, purpose and use of your personal data collected in the context of the application process. We assure you that your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and all other statutory provisions and that your data will be treated strictly confidentially.

Scope and purpose of data collection

If you send us an application, we process your associated personal data (e.g. contact and communications data, application documents, notes taken during job interviews, etc.) insofar as this is necessary for a decision on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis is § 26 BDSG-neu (federal data protection act) under German law (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR (general contract initiation) and - if you have given your consent - Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR. The consent can be revoked at any time. Within our company, your personal data will only be passed on to persons who are involved in the processing of your application.

If the application is successful, the data submitted by you will be stored in our data processing systems based on § 26 BDSG-neu and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b GDPR for the purpose of establishing the employment relationship.

Data retention period

If we are unable to make you a job offer or if you reject a job offer, withdraw your application, revoke your consent to data processing or request us to delete the data, the data transmitted by you including any remaining physical application documents will be stored for a maximum of 6 months after completion of the application process (retention period) in order to be able to trace the details of the application process in the event of discrepancies (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit GDPR).

YOU MAY OBJECT TO THIS STORAGE IF YOU HAVE LEGITIMATE INTERESTS THAT OUTWEIGH OUR INTERESTS.

At the end of the retention period, the data will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain them or any other legal ground for continued storage. If it is evident that the storage of your data will be necessary after the expiry of the retention period (e.g. due to an impending or pending legal dispute), deletion will only take place when the data has become irrelevant. Other legal storage obligations remain unaffected.
