The SCHULE table separator, invented in 1892 by Friedrich Hermann SCHULE, is unsurpassed until today worldwide in quality and sorting capacity. The table separator is always particularly successful when conventional separating methods fail.
The separation principle is simple yet ingenious. Via an inlet trough, the product is distributed uniformly into the compartments of the table separator. Due to a uniform lifting motion with continuous change of direction, there is a layering effect of the product within the compartments. The product with a lower specific weight floats and is transported by the specific vignette geometry of the compartments to one of the two product outlets. Simultaneously, the product with a higher specific weight leaves the machine through the second outlet.
The machine consists of a base frame onto which the respective version of the separating table is installed. The separating table is equipped with a unilateral height-adjustment device, an individually adjustable feeding device and an eccentric drive ensuring the adjustable stroke.

After hulling using the impact huller for oats or the rubber roll sheller for rice, the SCHULE table separator is used. Apart from separating hulled and unhulled product, the table separator is also used to separate foreign seeds or cereals with beetle damage.
