INFORMATION

The product is fed into the draw-in area of the moistening and heating screw and is moved towards the outlet by means of the mixing paddles on the screw shaft.

The machine not only enables the addition of water. Optionally, indirect gentle heating of the product with steam is possible using the jacket heating.
The SCHULE moistening and heating screw is made entirely of stainless steel and is available in two different sizes. The individual retention time can be controlled via special frequency converters and thus optimally adapted to the respective process or product.

Usually, the SCHULE moistening and heating screw is used in combination with the hydrothermal conditioner or the kiln. After conditioning, the individual grains or groats are flaked on the flaking roller mill.
