Information according to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for applicants

Compliance with data protection regulations has a high priority for our company. We would like to inform you below about the collection of your personal data by us:

Responsible:

F.H Schule Mühlenbau GmbH, Dieselstraße 5 - 9, 21465 Reinbek, phone: 040 72 77 10, fax: 040 72 77 11 00, e-mail: info@schulefood.com is responsible for data processing.

Data required for the decision on the establishment of the employment relationship:

As part of the application process, we process data from you that we require for the decision on the establishment of the employment relationship. This includes, in particular, your contact details, all data related to the application (CV, certificates, qualifications, answers to questions, etc.) and, if applicable, data on bank details (in order to reimburse travel expenses). The legal basis for the processing of your data results from Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act).

Data deletion:

If there is no legal retention period, the data relating to your application will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary or the justified interest in storage has expired. In the event of non-employment, this is regularly the case no later than six months after completion of the application procedure.

In individual cases, individual data may be stored for a longer period of time (e.g. travel expense report). The duration of storage then depends on the legal retention obligations (e.g. for 6 or 10 years in accordance with the German Fiscal Code or the German Commercial Code).

In the event that your application should also be considered for other or future job advertisements, this will only be done on the basis of your consent. We then process your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR and delete your application after two years. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Please send your revocation to:

personal@amandus-kahl-group.de

Confidential treatment of your data:

We will of course treat your data confidentially. Data will only be transferred within the Kahl Group if this is permissible under data protection law in the individual case.

Your privacy rights:

As a data subject, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR) as well as the right to have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR) or to have it deleted if one of the reasons mentioned in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer needed for the purposes pursued. There is also the right to restriction of processing if one of the conditions set out in Art. 18 GDPR applies and, in the cases set out in Art. 20 GDPR, the right to data portability. If the processing of data is based on your consent, you are entitled to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time in accordance with Art. 7 GDPR. Please note that the revocation shall only take effect for the future. Processing that took place before the revocation shall not be affected by this. Please also note that we may have to retain certain data for a certain period of time in order to comply with legal requirements despite your revocation (see "Data deletion" for more details).

Right of objection

In cases where we process your personal data on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. e or f GDPR, you have the right to object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data unless there are demonstrably compelling reasons for processing which are worthy of protection and outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. Furthermore, as a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of data concerning you infringes data protection regulations. The right to lodge a complaint may in particular be exercised with a supervisory authority in the Member State of the data subject's residence or place of work or of the place of the alleged infringement.
